How quickly can I get my items?

Orders ship within 2 weeks of being placed. Each item is made on-demand as ordered. All orders are pending item availability.

Where will my items ship?

All items ship directly to your home for one flat rate.

What about returns or exchanges?

To process a return, contact BSN Customer Care at 1-800-644-4481 with your invoice number ready. There are no returns or exchanges on customized items, unless the items are defective.
