About Encore

The Encore program is a childcare program for youth grades five-eight. The before-school program is located at Friendly Hills and Heritage Middle Schools. The after-school program is held at the Noreen Activity Center in West St. Paul. Encore offers tutoring during homework time, Youth Services, a Character Counts program, Kids' Club, cooking, free time, arts, gym time and a healthy afternoon snack!

The purpose of Encore is to create a safe, warm environment where youth feel secure and respected. We will provide a stimulating environment for fun and adventure.
