Students will receive free breakfast and lunch under the Minnesota Free School Meals program. All students are eligible to receive one free breakfast and one free lunch each school day. Second meals, incomplete meals, and single-item purchases, such as milk only, must be purchased. The prices are:

• One breakfast: $2.50 
• One lunch: $4.95
• Milk only: $0.60 
• Extra entrée: $2.50
• Extra side dish: $1.00

Bus registration for the 2023-2024 school year is open. New this year, all previously registered students in all grade levels will be rolled forward to the new year and will not have to register again. The only students who will need to register for the new school are:

1. New students to the district.
2. Students that have had an address change or daycare change.
3. Students that have never registered to ride before.

For those who need to register, registrations can be submitted here. Please note: Registration forms submitted after August 1 will be put on hold. Students may not have bus service until the third week of school or may be transported home by van.

Fall Season 

• August 14 was the start day for high school fall season sports.

• Sports physicals are required and good for three years 

• Middle School registration opened on August 1. Check out middle school sports here

Warrior 5K: 
Join us for the 14h Annual Warrior 5K! The ISD 197 Educational Foundation is proud to present the 14th annual Warrior 5K Walk/Run and Family Mile on September 30, 2023. This fun, community-based event awards prizes for the top three runners in a variety of age categories and is a primary fundraiser for the Foundation, which provides grants to all of the schools in ISD 197 from early learning to the high school. Pre-register to get a t-shirt! Registration starts at 8:00 AM and the race starts at 9:00 AM at Two Rivers High School. Sign up today - simply click here. Warrior Rally:
Join us for the 2023 Warrior Rally at Two Rivers High School's Stielow Field on Saturday September 30, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Stay for the Two Rivers varsity boys soccer game and pom squad performance at 3:00 p.m. at Warrior Stadium.

Wondering what the Warrior Rally is all about? This fun, family-friendly event takes place every year to bring the entire school community together! The rally features games, bounce houses, obstacle courses, food, and a chance for our youngest students to learn about all the great activities and club offerings at Two Rivers High School. We’ve heard that the younger kiddos think it’s pretty cool to hang out with the older kids at this event, too.

While all students will receive free breakfast and lunch under Minnesota’s Free School Meals program, it remains important that all families complete an Application for Educational Benefits each school year. These applications determine how much funding your child’s school receives for educational programs and supports. Additionally, eligible families can qualify for other benefits (listed below). The application can be completed online here. Paper applications are available at your child's school.
